Minor Procedures
Before your appointment, please ensure the treatment area is clean and free of lotions, oils, or makeup. Avoid shaving the area on the day of your visit, and let us know if you’re taking any blood-thinning medications or have a history of keloid scarring. If you develop any signs of infection (such as fever, redness, or swelling), please reach out to reschedule. You’ll receive aftercare instructions tailored to your specific procedure.
Injections
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the injection site. Avoid taking blood-thinning medications (like aspirin, ibuprofen, or fish oil) for 24–48 hours before your appointment, unless prescribed by your doctor. Minor Procedures
Keep the area clean and dry for the first 24 hours. Avoid touching, picking, or applying products to the treated site unless directed. You may gently clean the area with mild soap and water after the first day, and apply any recommended ointment as instructed. Avoid soaking in baths, swimming pools, or hot tubs until fully healed. Some redness, swelling, or mild discomfort is normal. If you notice increasing pain, pus, or signs of infection, please contact promptly.
Injections
You may experience mild soreness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site—this is normal and typically resolves within a few days. Apply a cold pack for short intervals during the first 24 hours to reduce discomfort. Avoid strenuous activity involving the treated area for at least 24–48 hours, unless otherwise advised. If you experience increased pain, redness, warmth, or signs of infection, please contact promptly. You’ll receive individualized instructions based on your specific injection type and treatment goals.
