Chronic Migraine Assessment

A comprehensive medical evaluation to diagnose chronic migraine and determine if you're a candidate for therapeutic neuromodulator treatment. Charlotte will review your headache history, frequency, triggers, and symptom patterns, assess your quality of life impact, and perform a clinical examination. This thorough assessment establishes whether you meet diagnostic criteria for chronic migraine (15 or more headache days per month) and explores all treatment options available to you. If eligible, Charlotte will create a personalized injection protocol designed to reduce migraine frequency and severity.

  • To help reduce the risk of bruising and swelling, it’s recommended to avoid alcohol, aspirin, and blood-thinning medications (like ibuprofen or naproxen) for 24–48 hours before treatment. If you're taking these for a medical reason, please speak with your healthcare provider first. Avoid if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or actively unwell.
