2007

Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Nunavut Arctic College & Dalhousie University collaborative program in Iqaluit, Nunavut, with a focus on nursing in the Arctic. I spent the next 12 years working as a Registered Nurse, traveling all over Canada’s northern, and remote communities, providing all levels of care in various nursing stations.
2015

Began settling in Toronto full-time with work at Women’s College Hospital, Bay Centre for Birth Control as a Registered Nurse helping women have barrier-free access to care.
2016

Joined the Sunnybrook Academic Family Health Team as an Registered Nurse. It was my esteemed colleagues and mentors at this position who encouraged me to pursue my Nurse Practitioner Certificate.
2019

My beautiful son “Miles” is born! Totally fulfilling me in my long sought after dream of being a Mum. Also returned to Women’s College Hospital, Academic Family Health Team in Toronto as a RN, working with patients of every age and life stage.
2022

Graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University, (formerly Ryerson University) with a Masters of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Certificate.
2023

First job as a Nurse Practitioner at Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre in a Safe Opioid Supply program, servicing the underhoused and under-serviced population.

Lead Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at Formula Fig Toronto, a best-in-class and trend setting facial bar. Offering skin care memberships, injectables, and the latest skin care products.
2024

Started at Flourish as a Nurse Practitioner helping women achieve their peak level of physical and mental health so they can impact the world, working from a collaborative lens of western medicine meets naturopathic care.
